I am a native San Franciscan. I met my husband in Berkeley, CA some years ago. My husband was born in Mexico, and had come to the U. S. when he was a young boy. He entered the country illegally he was unaware of this detail. As the years passed he was gainfully employed, and paid his taxes. He always wanted to become a permanent resident but was afraid. His status as an illegal Alien prohibited him from traveling, driving, attending Dr. appointments, and a host of other events, and just daily activities. We made a decision to come out of the shadows and seek legal counsel in hopes that our lives would change for the better. I was in search of an attorney to assist us with this delicate matter- immigration. I researched law firms and I attended a few legal consultations. I made an appointment at Ranchod Law Group. After deciding to bring my future wife here to the US from China I did a lot of fiancé K-1 visa research online. I was very overwhelmed with the process and decided to hire an immigration attorney. Our immigration process has been a long one, but not due to the attorneys and paralegals at Ranchod. Each time a quick turnaround on their end was required, they stepped up to the plate and got things done. We've had the pleasure of working with many supportive and knowledgeable lawyers and paralegals at Ranchod (Melissa, Emma, Claudia, Michael, Yesenia). There was one notable exception, for which I took a star off, although it's important to add that person no longer works there. I think what's important is to realize that legal proceedings can be unpredictable, so it's important to have a team that can support you through the process!

We had received an RFE letter after filing the i-601. We contacted Ranchod Law Group and Melissa Oklan was assigned to handle our case. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the RFE process. After gathering all of our documents, she sent the response letter in February and 2 weeks later, our case was approved. I went to see David Foyil twice over a period of a couple years. He gave me 30 minutes of free counseling each time. His suggestions cleared up both matters which could have become very time consuming and stressful to me) and saved me having to go to court. I have recommended him twice and am very happy to.

I came across their group on the internet and contacted them for a visa waiver application in 11/2014. Kaushik had spoken with me twice to go over the merits of the application free of cost and in a timely manner which led me to have their firm represent me. Melissa Oklan, who is another attorney in their group primarily worked on my case. We started working on the case since 12/2014. Melissa was very thorough in her instructions and answered my questions satisfactorily. We were able to submit application in early 04/2015. Time after that was difficult as the waiver process took almost twice as long. Finally received the waiver in last week of 12/2015. During final month, I was speaking with Melissa about once a week. She understood my frustration and was very patient with all my calls and questions. Overall, I had very satisfactory experience and I'd recommend their service without any reservations.

We Hired Mr Kaushik last week on such short Notice for our stokes interview. At first i was really panicking and wondering how we would handle the situation. Kaushik, definitely eased my mind and our fears. He was able to gather all the facts and necessary information that would work in our favor. He was very patient with us. He would listen with concern and give very detailed and precise advice to prepare us for the Interview. Even for the preparation he came up with like half of the questions that were brought up at the actual interview. His sincerity to help was very evident and even at the actual interview he did not leave any stone unturned. He made sure all our concerns were addressed and would step in to intervene whenever he had a chance to. I would definitely Go back to him if anything because i had dealt with a different Lawyer before and he did not even offer half of the help that Mr Kaushik did.
