I don't live near the office. In fact, I never meet them in person. Our communication mainly through phone and email. They alway s get back to me right away whenever I have questions. They contacted me immediately what documents that needed to be submitted. They work with my boss to get all the paperwork needed. You are in good hands if you choose to work with them.
