This is a great immigration law firm. They guided me through some tricky paper work and tough times with the government. Attorney Michael Wang was of great help during the whole ordeal. Would do business with them again.

I started working with Attorney Michael in 2013 when I was transferring my H-1B visa to a new employer. Eventually, Vanessa, the office manager, joined Michael in helping with my case. I eventually received my employer based green card in October 2017. This had been a very challenging process and there is absolutely no way I could have gotten through this without Michael and Vanessa’s help. The Department of Labor picked my case twice for an audit. At some point, the USCIS responded to one of my petitions with a denial that was referring to a different case. These are just a few examples of some of the challenges that ended up delaying my case to the point that I had to stop working for 3 months because my H-1B had expired and I was still waiting to hear about my petition for my green card. Since I did not know, whether I would have to leave the country or not, I sold my house and waited. Eventually, everything was resolved. I was able to go back to work and I eventually got my green card. I felt that Michael and Vanessa were very committed in making this happen. They were very knowledgeable and responsive. They always explained everything to me very well so that I would not do anything that could jeopardize my case. I am very grateful for their help. I have recommended them to some of my friends and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is facing the challenges of dealing with the increasing complexity of immigration laws.

We needed a competent law firm that will help us with our immigration needs. We did our research, and there are just so many to choose from. We read reviews and then we decided to give them a call. What we liked about Wilner & O'Reilly is that their focus is immigration law. They don't do taxes, crimical cases, etc. We could have just taken that free consultation and walked away, but we felt like we found the right people. They were very eager to listen and we really sensed that we were being valued as important clients, and not just a number. So we hired them. Everyone was really easy to talk to, and they always make themselves available whenever you need them. The lawyers were very knowledgeable and, they tell you things that you need to know and not just what you want to hear. The practice interview helped us a great deal. And that process of how they did a thorough review of our case, how they guided us, together with their great set of lawyers (Aaron & Michael) and especially all the office staff who helped us, they collectively made our immigration journey a pleasant one. Definitely highly recommended.

I can honestly say that the attorneys are great at what they do. I am so grateful for all of the help Michael and Rebecca have provided to me and my family these past years. I don't know what I would have done without them. I have received nothing but the best treatment and respect from this firm. They treat clients like family.

This is one cut-throat immigration attorney. We had criminal court the following day and desperately needed an immigration atty to consult on a criminal matter. We sought a consultation. Instead of a consultation, they offered to represent us on the matter for $1800; with $1000 down....Once the attorney was retained (with $1000 payment), then a free consult regarding the matter would be made. But not before! No consult before hand, a consult only IF the atty was retained...........This attorney's office was ready to pounce on a vulnerable Spanish-speaker because of an eminent deadline. We called the Mexican Consulate and reported this business practice...
