I contacted many law firms before finding Wilner & O'Reilly, all the previous firms I spoke with were clearly only interested in making money, one charging me up to $200 for a consultation! Then I spoke with Wilner & O'Reilly and I immediately knew they were the ones. They offered a free consultation and answered all my questions at the start, I felt their honesty and compassion. Throughout the process of our case Aaron who was our case manager always went above and beyond to help us through our difficult moments. Wilner & O'Reilly are true and down to earth people, they are professional and compassionate, they were a blessing, and I will always be grateful to them for what they did for our family!

I was really worried about the whole green card process since from the moment I did my application until I got my card was about 1 year and 9 months. At first I went to those paralegal people that only helped me to do my application and NOTHING else. No call, no text, no explanation, no comfort! I felt very desperate and worried since I knew nothing about whats going on with my application. Then I got referred to lawyer Michael. He was extremely helpful and explained everything I was concerned about. He even advised me how to apply for other type of Driver License because my DL expired and DMW refused to give me more extention! He reassured me that everything was ok and the gov’t just took their sweet time to get everything done. The process took a very long time for everything to be in place, but Michael and his team took care of me professionally and never made me feel like I was alone in this whole thing. They prepared us before the interview and during my interview, another lawyer, Aaron was there and that made me feel even better and more confident about what would happen. Constant updates and checking up from them really show me their professionalism! My husband and I really appreciate Michael and his team. My husband green card expired and due to his old criminal records, we came to Michael for renewal because they had good review on yelp. Michael asked for the records, my husband got them for him, then we paid half of the cost which is $1000 out of the total $2000 on 11/28/17. Then on 01/21/18 my husband was arrested for a setup case, I called Michael on 01/22/18 to ask if he submit the paper yet and he said they haven't submit anything yet but it's too late to submit now since he's already got arrested, told us to handle the criminal case first before we can do anything with the immigration case. So that's it, been 6 months now since he was arrested, and 8 months since we paid them. Now when I asked him if I can have some refund back if theres nothing we can do, hes gonna get deported then I rather have that money back to take care of our baby instead, they wont refund, said they spent time and prepared the files ready, it's my husband fault that got into trouble in the middle, so they wont refund, only gave me back the files they did that they claimed the time they spent on it, guess what? It was printed out on 02/27/18, stamped by the clerk officer on 03/22/18, which is 1-2 months after my husband was arrested. So they only started it a month or 2 months after I told them he was arrested, and they told me it's too late to submit it now, then why did they start requestin the records months after? To pretend that they did something but forgot to cover their lying track? Idk whatever their purpose was but it's very dirty and no work ethic at all, they're not here to help, theyre here to get your money and do nothing, or faked to do something. They said "time is money", I have the time to waste, but let's waste it together in court!! I dont care about that 1000 anymore, get it back or not wont matter to me anymore but let's make the money I threw at you worth your TIME for it!
