I had a phone appointment at 3 pm. The lawyer called me 10 minutes earlier, instead. The lawyer listened to me thoroughly and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He advised me frankly that a lawyer could not help me with my unique situation. He played no games or tricks to charge me.
I was disappointed my situation could not be helped but I was pleased by lawyer’s honesty. I was not charged a penny for this consultation.
I highly recommend this office to customers thanks to their transparency.
