Attorney Michael Wang is very helpful and professional. My problems are not complicated so I didn’t used up all the free consultation time, but I got the all the answers I needed. I would consider paid services from this firm in the future.

They got my appointment time mixed up a few times which I was willing to let go in hopes they could help us through our situation but then the day of they called us after out appointment had past just to let us know the person we had an appointment with had some meeting that ran long so I said okay so is he still going to be able to see us but a little later then expected which the receptionist then said No we would have to reschedule at that point I said forget it. Not a good first impression at all. It should not be the client's problem you cant uphold to YOUR schedule. Sure enough they tried to reach out half an hour or so later I didn't even bother to answer. At that point I wouldn't even trust them with my case. Something I can not get back is my time. Now I will have to search for another office for another consultation after waiting for my appointment with this one for 2 weeks. JUST TO CLARIFY yes your office mixed up your times if you care to check your receptionists messages she sent me multiple messages with different times days and hours days before the day before and day of. As far as your response goes it even more leads to believe how UNPROFESSIONAL you really are 20+ years or not you took the time to type a response to politely bash me instead of owning up for your offices mistakes. Coward. Trying to patch up your mistakes after it had already happened if she had someone else available to speak to me women or not should have said that. At this point I would have rather dealt with her then some stuck up arrogant man like you. I don't even understand the need to bring up that a female lawyer had tried to reach back out. If your such a busy man make sure to add some extra opening times in your schedule in case issues like this arise. I'm guessing this response took you a good amount to type so should be something you are more then capable of.
