I am a senior citizen & hard of hearing. Unfortunately I found myself in a terrible financial situation. I was about to lose my home & had no way of paying off my debt. I tried refinancing & was not approved. I was very insecure in what had to be done to file bankruptcy. Paul was very supportive & helpful in getting me through this difficult process. He was professional & kind. He was always respectful of me & my situation. He made sure that I understood everything & answered all my questions. I am appreciative that he was able to help me save my home.

There were some hiccups here and there. However, I think over all, my case has been handled in the most professional manner. There's been multiple modifications and with each one, he's accommodated accordingly. Also, he's responsive and open to any questions regarding my case. Keep up the good work.

My husband passed away and I retired all in the same year. It put me into a very bad financial position. Mr. Bains helped me through the process by pretty much holding my hand.
