This law firm is involved with a hair relaxer scam along with a guy named Mark and Phil Jackson. They are stealing people information and keeping the money from the relaxer claim. I am sure they will reply saying otherwise knowing I can’t respond. But it is the truth. I am a victim

Your company completely failed to give my case any real consideration. This negligence resulted in lost revenue for you and left me without assistance. You jeopardized my statute of limitations by providing no substantive response - just a curt denial notification. At no point did I have the opportunity to discuss my situation with an actual person. Your utter disregard for my case is unacceptable.
