In my interactions with Mr. Cutter and his staff, I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive/communicative/receptive to questions and able to relay information in a way that could easily be understood by all. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with him/his office and would enthusiastically recommend his/their firm to anyone in need of the legal services he/they provide.

I was a Client of theirs for more than 15 years. They were very understanding always helpful always call me with updates and kept me on the same page with them. The best that they could Stewart, Tally and Janet Kershaw along with her assistance, and the other team were all very respectful and very patient. I consider them more than just an attorneys to me Being With them for so long turned into a friendship and with that I’m thankful for what they did for me. I would recommend anyone to this firm. I cannot express our gratitude sufficiently to this law firm (and Darren our contact person) for always responding to our questions and giving us correct and prompt information on the status of our claim in the Calpers Class Action. Since there is not an option for 0 stars, Google's rating system is flawed! This law firm mislead me, stole my money, and is withholding my rightful settlement money(the little tiny bit they claim to be letting go of) But it's been almost a year, and I received a check for less than 30% of what I was supposed to have been awarded. That small check bounced and now I owe Amscot money that they call and remind me of daily! These are larconist's! Not attorney's! Rude all the way around.... Once you sign... Boom! They GOT YOU! CAUTION!!
