The lack of decorum with which Cutter Law P.C. has been appalling following initial contact with the firm. During the initial intake the legal secretary was informative and responsive, but once the retainer agreement was signed and the initial information package provided for review communication and engagement changed drastically. The last communication that I received from the law firm was on October 9, 2023. As of November 27, 2023 (today) five attempts in total (3 emails and 2 voicemails) have been made to establish contact with the firm and to request a status update as to whether the firm would provide legal representation per my request. Such behavior from a professional services provider is not in keeping with good faith the covenant in which Cutter Law P.C. entered upon the signing of a retainership of the agreement. As a fellow professional I find the lack of communication and initiative displayed by Cutter Law P.C. and their representatives abhorrent and would caution careful consideration in retaining the firm's services.

Collaborating with Cutter Law P.C. was exceptionally positive. Guided by attentive legal professionals, the firm distinguishes itself with excellence and a seamlessly organized process. The lucid presentation of material deepened comprehension, and the relaxed atmosphere fostered my active engagement. Anticipating future opportunities, I would readily choose Cutter Law for my legal needs.

Everyone at the firm is so knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of my questions, and even explained things to me that I did not understand due to my lack of legal knowledge (lol). Plus they didn't treat me like I was dumb for not knowing! I would definitely highly recommend working with Cutter Law, they're great!! :)
