I was charged with DUI. Michael Scaffidi and his team of lawyers appeared on my behalf 16 times in pre-trial court and another 6-10 times at my DMV hearing(The DMV kept delaying us for a number of reasons). I was never asked for a cent more than they had quoted me in the beginning. I was never pressured to take a deal so they could move on over the TWO years they were helping me. They got me a plea of DRY reckless driving. I took the deal along with DUI school. The lady teaching the course said she had never heard of anyone getting a dry reckless plea in the 10 years she had been teaching the class. I would highly reccomend Michael Scaffidi's office. All cases are different and hiring a lawyer doesn't guarantee any particular outcome, but his office provides exceptional legal representation.
