I hired Mr. Vega and the amount of unprofessionalism and overage charges have been a constant issue. He never contacts me after court cases to explain what the outcome was and when I have communication through email, I end up being charged a thousand dollars for a few emails. He doesnt take the time to actually help the case but rather show up and act as if he had planned some sort of dialogue. His office is crummy and there's no going around it. I had to chase the assistant to get information. If you want a lawyer with open communication and effective procedures, this guy isnt it. If you ever do speak to him outside of the court room, be expected to be over charged for every word. I have wasted so much money without any sort of progress. I wanted to fire him as a lawyer but it took two months for the assistant to even tell me I cannot and they need to file paperwork to do so. This office is a joke.

Mr. Vega came to us highly recommended by another attorney, so we reached out to him immediately and set up a consultation to review a case we were involved in. Mr. Vega and his Legal Assistant, Mirella, were immediately responsive. Mr. Vega heard our story and shared his perspective - we knew right then that we needed and wanted his help. Right away, we knew we'd hired the right attorney. His knowledge and expertise helped to guide us throughout a very long, often difficult, always stressful case. He and Mirella were responsive to all of our questions. They made sure our paperwork was complete and met each of the court's deadlines. And Mr. Vega helped set our expectations for each court hearing. At each hearing (and there were many), Mr. Vega sat with us and quietly explained what was happening (because it wasn't always obvious). He was reassuring but not placating. He made sure we had the facts and helped us to understand the nuances of decisions. Whenever there were opportunities to participate in court hearings, Mr. Vega was confident, respectful, and thorough. He also took a very positive approach to the case, even in the darkest hours. He never disparaged other parties but rather took a calm, logical, and respectful approach to all aspects of the case. This helped us stay focused on what was important rather than what was dramatic or emotional. Mr. Vega always returned our calls (if he wasn't able to take them when in office) and Mirella, a wonderful calming presence herself, made sure he always got our messages. Both of them responded to emails timely, even when our emails were very, very long and full of questions. I honestly don't know how we would've gotten through the case without either Mr. Vega or Mirella. We are eternally grateful. Because of their hard work and dedication, we have an incredible family. I can't recommend them enough!

If I could give Amy Garrett 10 stars I would! I was in a somewhat difficult divorce situation with me being out of state and my ex in CA. She saved me the hassle of going back and forth (only when necessary) from state to state. She handled my divorce quickly and stayed in contact with me via email and telephone. If I had any quick questions or concerns, I knew that I could count on Terri to pass on the message or answer it. I highly recommend Amy Garrett, she's experienced at what she does. I hired Amy over a year ago to help me gain custody legally of my then 10 year old son. Amy always followed through on documents that needed to be done and responded promptly to emails. Her prices are pretty fair and she is honest. The ONLY issue I had with her (which ended up being an issue I recently had to go back to court about) was my son's father was ordered court supervised visits. He had a pretty extensive drug history and the court gave him two opportunities to drug test (at my expense) to prove my accusations weren't true. He failed to show up for either test and was warned if he failed to show up it would be deemed dirty. For my son's entire life I had been the sole provider/supporter. Never received a penny from the biological father. In the beginning Amy recommended I agree to pay half for the monitored visitations (this was BEFORE he failed to take the drug test) to show the courts I was willing to work with the situation and I guess be fair?! I took her advice. The last court hearing, the biological father failed to even show up for court.. so I was granted sole legal and physical custody. Towards the end of the hearing, the judge asked if there was any modifications that needed to be made to the emergency orders and Amy's reply was "NO". After court, I asked Amy why we didn't modify that I was to pay half of his visits since it was HIS actions that caused it.. Amy's reply was, "I doubt he'll ever do the visits". Sure enough, A YEAR AND A HALF LATER he contacts me for a visit and I was obligated to pay half. At the moment after court, I didn't feel Amy was looking out for her clients best interest and really what was overall fair. My ex handed her the case and made it fairly easy so this is something SHE SHOULD'VE HANDLED THEN INSTEAD I had to go back and spend more money to modify what I paid her to do. It was quite disappointing.

I hired Jeffery Bullard over the phone for a case that happened in California as I live out of state. He handled every aspect of my specific case including keeping in detailed contact with me and talking me through every step of my options and the process. His price is excellent for the service he provides. I couldn’t of asked for a better case outcome & feel lucky I selected him out of so many lawyers out there. My case was literally in his hands and I’m glad it was.

Distraught over my current situation, with several lawyers telling me there was simply no hope for my case, I went to Mr. Vega with high hopes as he was heavily recommended by friends of the family. It was there where I was met with welcoming arms by him and his paralegal Mirella. They were attentive and ready to help me by any means. They made themselves available to me even after business hours and on weekends. When meeting with Mirella she was as honest as possible with me, which was refreshing after meeting with so many people who used confusing terminology and scare tactics for their own vendetta, she truly levels with you and is passionate about helping. Mr.Vega is truly a honorable man who succeeded all expectations and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. No obstacle is too high for him. I went in looking for a lawyer, and I got that and so much more, I got a support system that believed in me and the possibility of making my family whole again.

I was going through a split up with my girlfriend and was not happy with the amount of time i was getting with my daughter. I was scared as a father, the court would give the mother anything she wanted and i had no say. This was a very scary and stressful time. After talking with friends and family i knew i had to get help. I've never hired a lawyer before so the process was completely foreign to me. I searched family law in my area and started calling blindly, i had tons of questions and had no idea about the process. After calling a handful of places non felt right to me, either they where rude and rushing me off the phone only trying to set me up with a consultations and not willing to answer any of my questions on the phone. Some sounded like they where just answering phones and where just as confused as me. I made a few appointments, after my first consultation where the attorney didn't seem patient, seemed to be judgmental, and definitely didn't make me feel confident. I found Amy York Garrett's phone number on google and gave them a call. I was greeted on the phone by Terri, Amy's assistant. Terri is awesome, she answered all my questions without rushing me and knew what she was talking about, i can tell she has been doing this for a long time. Just talking to her made me feel relaxed and confident that i wanted to meet with Amy for a consultation. I met with Amy and she was great as well she answered all my questions, listened to my talk about my situation and made me feel confident about making my decision to have her represent me. I also feel like she wasn't just telling me what i wanted to hear, just to get my business. I'm glad i waited to make a decision until i found the right team to help me. Amy and Terri are great and in the end i got exactly what i wanted. They where extremely patient with me and it was nice knowing if Amy was unavailable i could talk with Terri and most of the time i could get an answer to my questions. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone, going through a situation like mine!

I had an extremely wonderful experience with Sarah Powell as my attorney. She kept me and my family informed every step of the way, keeping a constant line of communication with us and giving us realistic expectations of what would occur during the court process and answering every single one of my questions no matter how incessant my questions were. She was the only attorney I had spoken to that didn't make me feel like I was just being gouged for money or simply wasting their time. I received the most outstanding outcome from my court case thanks to Sarah and her hard work. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel. Seriously, she is wonderful.
