I can't thank Malalai enough for what she did for me. I had faced charges that were gonna forever haunt me and prevent me from doing a lot of things in my life. My nephew got himself into some legal trouble. This something new for my family and I. We didn’t know where to start or who to contact. I’m glad I contacted Mal. I was charged with DUI. Michael Scaffidi and his team of lawyers appeared on my behalf 16 times in pre-trial court and another 6-10 times at my DMV hearing(The DMV kept delaying us for a number of reasons). I was never asked for a cent more than they had quoted me in the beginning. I was never pressured to take a deal so they could move on over the TWO years they were helping me. They got me a plea of DRY reckless driving. I took the deal along with DUI school. The lady teaching the course said she had never heard of anyone getting a dry reckless plea in the 10 years she had been teaching the class. I would highly reccomend Michael Scaffidi's office. All cases are different and hiring a lawyer doesn't guarantee any particular outcome, but his office provides exceptional legal representation.
