Amazing experience dealing with a no contendre wet reckless I got when I was homeless and going through a really rough patch. His expertise and practice brought me ease I wont need these services again but I highly recommend.

One of the scariest moments of my life was when my teenager was arrested at our house. The charges that my child was charged with were very serious felony charges that could have resulted in several years in prison. The case instantly took a very strange turn in which it was identified my child was a victim as well. There were layers of this case that were an absolute nightmare for our family. I was at a loss, I didn't know where to go. In my research I found Scafiddi's Law Office and reached out. We were lucky enough to get Chris Gardener as our attorney. Instantly he talked to me, heard everything I was saying (truly listened), and was more than willing to do anything he could to help us. However, I was even having money problems and did not know how I would come close to paying for the attorney. Chris worked with his office to help make accommodations so that I could make payments, the retained in a way that worked, but for him it was not about the money; he truly wanted to help us. The likelihood that my child would be released from jail at her first hearing was so far below unlikely that I was almost discouraged to try. Chris Gardener helped guide me through the process and advised on steps and resources I could put into place so that we could get my child released. To my surprise, we were able to get her released. My child is now going through the process for services and counseling to address being a victim as a result of this. Chris Gardener has been there with us through every step. For anyone looking for a law office that is empathetic, detailed, thorough, and able to come through for you when you really need the help; I would highly recommend utilizing their services.

I was facing 14 years . 10 years from Gang Enhancement & the rest from previous and on going chargers . I am a striker and was given no opportunity to prove myself to the courts that I am not a menace to society. The courts did not want to look past my violations or juvenile record, while probation did everything in there power to keep me incarcerated until my probation hold lifted 2 years later . Mike & Rory set up a hearing to get me bailed out and did everything in there power to prove to the courts that I’m not just some felon . I ended up fighting for 2 years out of custody as well. While appearing to the courts I’ve changed and I am not the monster they tried to make me seem, they took a lot of it into consideration. I went through different judges and many DA’s that didn’t want me out of custody . With the help of Rory & Mike they got me down to admitting to my violations and taking 1 charge while doing a year credit on house arrest and 2 years of probation . These two men and Mike Scafiddis team overall helped me so much. I went in when I was 20 years old and I am now 24, changed and very grateful for there team .

Megan and her team have been nothing short of amazing since day one. They have all communicated and walked me through every step of the process, making sure I understand and am clear about what is going on. They are professional and personal and make you feel like they are all truly on your side, fighting for you. I highly recommend this team for the legal matters they specialize in.

Michael Scafiddi has to be the most honorable man in the profession. While his office could not assist me at this time, Michael Scafiddi ensured that I left my interaction with him and his office knowing that if I needed them, they would be able to perform. You will not go wrong in hiring him or any of his office staff.

I am so thankful for the day I got referred to Michael Scafiddi and Chris Gardner. My daughter was being charged with a felony and I was in serious need of legal advise. Michael and Chris were very quick to assist me in this matter. Chris was able to push out the date that my daughter needed to surrender so that we can plan accordingly. After he got to know us he realized that my daughter made a mistake but that she is not a bad kid.The charges that my Daughter got ,compared to what she was going to get, is like she got a pass with only probation. We also have a trip pre- planned out of the country and Chris reassured us that we shouldn’t have a issue and if we did he can add it to the calendar to make sure we can still have our trip. Chris did everything he said he would and everything he said would happen, HAPPENED! My daughter is now out of jail and she was able to keep her job. The service they provide to us is OUTSTANDING!! I am very please and happy with the outcome of this case! I highly recommend this firm!

I had high hopes for my expungement of my misdemeanor and they people came through for me and got the me that expungement that I once thought wouldn't be possible. Great service, respectful and got the job done. I would high recommend this office to anyone.
