Attorney Shapiro has been a really great friend ,great attorney and all around outstanding guy that took a horrible situation and turn it into a great family blessing in the early 2000s David was crushed by a tree in a logging accident which the tree was cut wrong. the tree crushed him at the scene and he died three times on the way to the hospital which resulted in 9 week coma and many years of different surgeries and rehabilitation. Mr Shapiro made sure that David just had to worry about getting better and his family was there and supported by him and his firm .He's not only helped us in the beginning the middle the end of the case and all the way up to this day many many years later as well in to 2033. He set up several different structured settlements for not only David but the family and his children and we are still being blessed to this day because of his thoughtfulness professionalism and making sure that his client was taken care of as well as being a good friend. I called and spoke with a lady named Donna. I explained what my situation was, and she wrote down my contact information and told me an attorney would call me back. It is going on 2 months, and I never received a call back. Very unprofessional! I would not want an attorney like that to represent me!

I would give a 10 star review, if I could. First, I had an hour-long phone conversation with Brian, then a subsequent hour-long in- person meeting with both Bill and Brian. I got such a huge amount of information in these brief meetings, and was happy to say that this law firm is one I would use again, should the need ever arise. They quickly denied taking my case or setting up a consult in person since I do have a disability and it’s hard for me to explain through email. They said 6 months to file a complaint and I filed a complaint wayyyyy before the 6 month deadline when it’s actually a year from finding out the results. Go back to school!!! They said I didn’t have a case when I clearly do. Thank you to the Los Angeles lawyers who know what they are talking about because all the lawyers at the business laughed at the email i received from them And want my case. Should of knew not to reach out to these type of people. In California, the law states that medical malpractice lawsuits must be filed within one year of the patient discovering the injury or within three years of the date that injury occurred—whichever comes first.
