Bill represented my grandfather in the 90's after he had a lifechanging accident, which was extremely debilitating and painful. 7 years ago, Mr. Shapiro was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and we were devastated and grieving for the loss of our father. Not only was he able to defend us from an unjust situation regarding my late father, his respectful and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself, my mother, my siblings, and my own family. He never treated us like we were just a quick cash-grab. He was there every step of the way and never lost faith for us.
