Auto accident with personal injuries. Our SUV Dodge Durango was rear-ended by a speeding vehicle (at 80 plus mph). Our new vehicle was totaled. We, 3 individuals suffered broken ribs, backlash and various degree injuries. Police report deemed the other party totally at fault.
