I never needed an attorney before. My daughter was injured when she was 2 years old by a person that lost control of their golf cart they ran her over on a sidewalk. Yes!!! I was right by her! I had no idea that people would be so dishonest just to save a few dollars by not taking responsibility for their actions. I was devastated! They even refused to pay for the ER up front cost. They did not want to report it to their insurance company at all. I called several attorneys prior to finding Mr Shapiro. The other law firms wanted me to sign a contract via email stating I can not speak with another attorney. This is prior to even coming in and talking to them about the incident.
