Another successful 3 year TN work visa through Jacob's law firm. Anna was the law clerk working on my case again. I love how responsive she is and the U.S. immigration officer actually said that my paperwork was PERFECT and it made my experience getting my work visa so easy/not scary at all. The officer only asked me a few questions but made a point to tell me the packet I presented was very organized and checked off all the boxes. Anna worked with my HR manager for a month to prepare my work visa packet and prepped me via zoom before I went to a point of entry. Thanks so much Anna for your hard work!

I'm in the process of acquiring a spousal visa for my husband, and our case manager, Pedro A. Preciado de la Fuente, has been very helpful with the submission and processing of our I-130. He's guided us through the necessary paperwork with an easy-to-follow checklist. Our submission was received and began review with the USCIS in June 2022. We are currently waiting for the approval and next stage. The process of obtaining a spousal visa is long, arduous and stressful, so having a law firm that is responsive to our questions and concerns has made the process feel more manageable.
