I am so happy that I cant get my thoughts together to express my huge thank you. Wonderful work, great people. Truly made me feel like my case was the only one they had:) Supporting, caring & professional at the same time. If anyone in doubt please don't be! I am a real customer with a real issue. I worked with different lawyers and looking back I wish Jacob Sapochnick and his Team were always my only choice. I know that immigration can make you feel really frustrated and all of us believe that we have the most complicated cases. Please, just make a RIGHT CHOICE towards your lawyer. We don't always get to have 2 chances. My special thanks to Jacob (very knowledgeable and intelligent, wonderful work, best customer service ever, will always tell you as it is), Charles(I hope I will never get divorce again but he actually created a pain free and very friendly atmosphere), Jessica (keeps everything under control, you really can ask her anything, she is there for you anytime via phone, email or in person. I was constantly so stressed and they were always there for me. They even had to listen to stories about my immigration nightmares. I know how silly I sound but not for people who goes thru this experience and knows how important it is to have this little card in your wallet. They are simply amazing people. Me and my wife came to San Diego, CA to apply for a green card. We had to return to Israel to an important wedding in the family, So we had only 4 months to finish the process in order to get the GC (or get a travel permit before that). Jacob helped us do it in less than 3 months! the process was smooth and easy without any delays. We heard about Jacob from a close friend that have been in complex situation with his immigration status and Jacob's office helped him. Besides assisting with applying the papers, he spoke with our sponsor for helping him create a cover letter he had to supply, got us ready for the interview and was present there on that day in the USCIS offices. As a Canadian citizen I needed a TN work visa to speak at a conference in the US. I spoke to several different immigration lawyers and got a lot of conflicting advice - some of which turned out to be incorrect. As soon as I talked to Jacob J. I found immigration lawyer Jacob Sapochnick by recommendation of a friend and I can clearly say that I never regret anything and that I highly recommend him in case you want to apply for a green card. I was in the US on an O1 visa and wanted to secure my stay by applying for the green card. The national interest waiver was the path we chose and Jacob Sapochnik guided and supported me through the entire very complicated and labor intensive process. We were able to file the case after roughly two months of preparation time (very fast) and I got my green card in amazingly fast 2.5 months!!!!!!!
