Jacob and his team have helped me for the past 5 yaers starting from a complex E1 treaty trader through an even more complicated I-140 Immigrant Petition. Both approved very smoothly. I could not be more satisfied with Jacob and his amazing team! It was during the summer 2010 when the San Diego immigration office has decided to deny all the visa waiver overstay and I was one of them. 9 months of process, I got a job within a month after receiving my employment authorization Card and 3 months later, out of nowhere I received a denial and deportation letter by mail. I was so confused and lost, I did not know what to do so this is when I decided to see Jacob after recommendation. He took me in without any appointment and knew exactly what was going on. Unfortunately, shortly after I had to leave the country but Jacob and his team were amazing, they kept us updated with the visa waiver adjustments crisis while I was in the middle of another visa procedure but USCIS lost our case after 9 months being away from my husband so we could not take it anymore. My long journey for Green card is done today. It was a hard time emotionally and mentally to me but wasn't a hard time processing for my GC at all because of Jacob and his team, Kate and Linda. When I got the welcome letter from USCIS today, I twisted my cheek to check if this is true. I met Jacob in 2008 first time when I was a student with F1 visa through recommendation of my American friend who had gotten help from Jacob for his wife’s Green card. Jacob suggested me possible options to stay in the U.S and his advice was so informative, legal, and realistic. At the moment, I was not in hurry to change my status, so asked him about general immigration issues. Two years later 2010, with my graduation and OPT, I was in urgent need of immigration lawyer. When I looked at my H1B packet, I was so impressed by their details and preparation without any mistake or missing. In 2013, I started my GC with Jacob and his staff, Linda again. Linda is a senior paralegal with over 20years experience, very professional. Moreover, she made me throw away anxiety about my GC because I was going to prepare documents even brought some to the office in case of RFE but she clearly said “We don't need them”. She was right. Submitting forms for I-140 with premium processing, combo card, and I-485, all of them were approved in 4months. Needless to say, Jacob is the best immigration lawyer, and his team is incredibly perfect. I never got any audit, RFE, or delay. Especially, if you are very picky, skeptical, and hyper cautious person like me, go with Jacob and his team, you never regret it.

Wow!! Mr. Sapochnick and his colleague Yingfei Zhou were able to get all my paperwork together in less than 24 hours. I told to them that I was in a rush on a Friday morning and they got on the case right away. My paperwork was completed by 10pm Friday evening. They were easy to communicate (email, call) and clearly wanted to help me. In the end, they were what allowed me to get my TN-1 after previously being denied. For that I am very grateful. What would you do when you plan a visit to your home country and get stuck because of the visa issues -CALL JACOB SAPOCHNICK. Jacob and his team has been helping me since 2010.H3 Visa then H1B and I just received K1 visa. Last year I went to India to visit my family. I had to go for visa interview at the embassy since I only had paper visa and did not have H1B visa stamp in my passport. On 1st january 2013 during the interview at US Embassy, New Delhi, the VO officer told me that he is going to review my case. On Aril 9th after 3 months of long wait I received my passport back with letter that Embassy has sent my case back to USCIS to review or possible revocation. It was very devastating as I only had planned my visit for a month. I had a rented apartment, phone bills, house bills, a car etc. in US. I talked to my Fiancé and we decided to apply for fiancé visa. I contacted Jacob right away and he said it is possible as my case is genuine. During this process everyone in Jacob's team were very patience, helpful and available. Even though we had almost 12 hours of time difference (Between India and US) and I was living on the other side of the world, they were always prompt in reply. We asked Jacob to rescue an ongoing L1B application that was under a second RFE after an initial refusal. Jacob has done an amazing job turning this application around and getting an approval. Jacob has then handled our L1A renewal, which has also undergone an intense scrutiny. Again, Jacob has defended our case amazingly well, and we received a second approval. We then asked Jacob to handle various other cases (H1Bs, J1s) which he successfully processed. Finally, last but not least, Jacob has filed our Green Card processes which recently came through! So we've worked with him from turning around a messy L1 all the way through Permanent residency. Having worked with several lawyers, I can say that Jacob not only has extensive theoretical knowledge of the law, but also practical experience of how it is actually being interpreted, which is a LOT more important. I was disappointed with my previous lawyer who handled my H1-B transfer case. She was hard to reach; she would only communicate via email, and was unreachable by phone. I found Jacob on an internet search, and he gladly took over my case. It was much easier to work with Jacob and his team. They were available via email and phone. They explained the process and necessary paperwork in detail. They were very flexible, and if I was unable to provide some documentation, they suggested alternative forms that would suffice. They followed up with reminders and updates on the process. I felt that they cared about my case.
