I have been in search of a way to work and live in the US for over 15 years. One advice I learned along the way is to find people who play at what you have to work at. In other words, find people who know the system, the challenges and the path to success. Learn from them or hire them. I did the latter when I discovered Jacob and his firm on the Internet. Unlike previous lawyers I had seek advice from, they had a step by step, end to end solution to help with my H1B Work Visa quest. Jacob and his group of attorneys are simply a class act! I had the privilege of having Jacob help me in my citizenship case. Jacob definitely has a very experienced team. The team helped me to apply for O1 visa as a designer, and everything ran very smooth, collect information, prepare petition letter... I was referred to Attorney Jacob Sapochnick by a friend of my mother's a few days before returning to Europe from my vacation in the US. I wanted to stay in the US to study but didn't know how and was very confused about the whole process and what I would need in order to do that. I had already spoken to two other very upscale lawyers and even paid money to one of them but was told I have to leave the US and it would have been a long and very confusing process. I therefore called Mr. Sapochnick the same day I got his contact, he took the time to explain all my options and met with me personally the next morning. Within a week I had an application to get my student Visa, the process was so smooth, his office took care of every detail in an extremely rapid, professional and friendly fashion. I did not have to return to Europe and got my Student Visa within a couple of months and started to study. As a student, I had to go back home for a few weeks, and since I was leaving the US I needed to pass by the embassy and get a student Visa stamp on my passport, which is a whole new process. Mr. Sapochnick and his staff were extremely helpful, very efficient in telling me exactly what to do and the whole process went smoothly within less than a week I got the Visa Stamp and returned to the US successfully. I am very happy with his expertise and service, it has changed my view about lawyers for the rest of my life! :) and I would recommend him to anyone that has an immigration issue to resolve or for doing any immigration process.
