I kept researching immigration cases on TikTok and found Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick. He was explaining a 245i case which I believed would fall under my mom’s potential case. I called the office and was transferred to Selene Santana who answered all of my questions regarding my mother’s case, if she qualified to be a 245i case, and payment plans and such. We interviewed three separate lawyers and chose this Law office because of how invested Selene was to our case. Payment was processed and we all got to work on my mom’s case. Our case manager was Celeste Lusquiños. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Emails would be answered within an hour or two. Celeste would be sure to revise anything I submitted and ask me questions to make sure everything was correct. My mother’s entire package was sent to USCIS in beginning of October of 2023. End of March 2024 her I-130 and I-485 were approved with interview waived. By April 2,2024 my mother received her physical green card in the mail. Thank you team at Law office of Jacob J. Sapochnick! This process was a breeze.

Guy on the phone had no idea - misinformed me that I had to wait for an RFE to file a religious vaccine waiver. Caused a scramble and delay to the whole process. Also very money hungry, at first he wanted $500, then a few seconds later changed his mind and doubled the fee to $1000 to read over the waiver I had already written out. No thanks.
