I cannot even begin to tell whoever will read this how very thankful I am for Mr. Kersey and his team. I was facing some serious and life altering felony charges. After being released from jail I knew that based on my charges I wouldn't be able to do this alone and would need the help of a criminal defense attorney. I was feeling so many different emotions and had a lot to lose, from being a professional with a medical license to having a family who depended on me and needed me i knew I had to fight these charges and I need to maintain my employment and provide for my family. During my search for help I was so lucky to immediately come across Kersey law and his team, I really didn't read reviews but i took the first step and called (still crying from being released from jail). Then Nate answered the phone, he was so compassionate, he listened to both myself and my husband, he never judged. Nate was very thorough with how the process would work and answered all our questions not rushing us into any decision, he gave us reassurance and we just knew we should go with the Kersey team. Can I also add that Nate was at his sons birthday party when he answered our call!! Pricing was unbeatable, giving us payment options, military discount and even a reduction based on my case outcome. First court date my husband and I were greeted by Michelle Bos " The real BOSS" she is undeniably the BEST! she went in to court and came out with the best news ever, two out of three of my charges were dismissed. While going through my case documents and discovery she never judged me, she was encouraging, real and on top of everything. I never worried when Michelle was fighting for me, she responds quick to texts, phone calls and does what she says she will. Due to having a professional license I not only had to answer to municipal court but also to the Board of Nursing, Michelle and the Kersey team are experienced with the BON and they were able to represent me when it came to the BON's questions regarding my charges. Fast forward I literally received the best case scenario outcome pertaining to my case. Informal probation for 1yr, after completion the case will be dismissed!! The Kersey TEAM is just that, a team and they know what they are doing. Never in a million years did I think that I would find myself facing criminal felony and misdemeanor charges. Jamal, Mike Fleming, all did a fantastic, work with my brother, case, from looking at 33 years, to get him 180 day's county time, when the prosecutor, was pushing for 33 years. I couldn't ask for a.lwa firm, that would fight, hard fir their clients, like keresy did. For my brother.. I recommend this law firm with 5 stars to everyone, use them you be happy with their work.
