My son was in jail from November 2021 to January 2022. During this time there were several COVID-19 outbreaks including my son which resulted in lock downs creating breakdowns in communication. I reached out to his attorney, Jamahl C. Kersey, Esq, and communicated to his office as I had questions concerning my son's stay, his health update and his upcoming court case. Jamahl responded quickly either by email or his staff called me to give me updates on the concerns I had. The result of his case: every charge was dropped, except for one smaller item. He will be on 1 year probation, not 3. And it's just court probation, so he's not going to have to check in with a probation officer. THANK YOU! got me out some s***! 2 days before I had to move to GA (Daygo native) I got caught 4 am drunk and got a DUI. I was 3x above the limit off 2 bottles of Henny vsop. During this whole time dealing with the case with Jamal, it was more like a friendship.
