I highly recommended Wilner & O’Reilly for any type of immigration cases. Attorney Derek and his team are very professional and will guide you through every step. His case manager Ana Borquez is amazing. She is very attentive, professional and responsive. My husband and I have only been married for 11 months. We submitted all the documents needed for his green card 3 months ago. Last week he received his green card in the mail. I have never heard of someone receiving their green card in only 3 short months. We are truly blessed with the help of Attorney Derek and Ana at Wilner & O’Reilly. Derek Poulsen and his team at Wilner & O’Reilly were able to simplify a very complicated and unique I751 Petition with a waiver. My Petition was approved without any RFE's. I filed an N400 separately and will be taking my Oath of Allegiance next week!! My advice to you is give this team a chance to get you where you need to be. Their support staff are efficient and polite. When you reach out to them, they will reach back out to you as soon as they can. Just be patient and allow them to work for you. Thanks again!!! My husband and I highly recommend Wilner & O’Reilly services. Rudy, our case manager, was helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The immigration process can be overwhelming however the communication and entire process felt much more at ease with Rudy and Derek, our attorney.
