My wife and I found Wilner & O’Reilly on google and took a chance on them and they forever changed our lives for the better. Ana, our case manager, was so amazing, helpful, and informative. The whole immigration process has been stressful, but our worries were always at ease with her and Derek, our attorney. They were always so quick to respond to any concerns that arose and they always kept us up to date on everything. You can really tell how much they care and want to help. My wife and I 1000% recommend their wonderful and kind services to anybody needing them. We are forever grateful!!

On April 2023, I had a consultation with Atty. Derek Poulsen regarding my N-400 Citizenship application that was pending for 2 years. I was already worried because I did not receive any response or update from USCIS since my interview. Derek advised me to do an inquiry via email to USCIS. He explained to me how to go through the process. Derek is knowledgeable and a good listener. He was very patient, sympathetic and respectful on the phone. I felt comfortable talking to him about my case. I had my trust in him right away. It was just automatic. I followed his advice. After a week, I received a response from USCIS stating that my application is in normal process and I do not have to do anything. At that time, I was relieved and had peace of mind knowing the status of my application. It was Derek who gave me peace of mind through his guidance. On August 24, 2023 I received a notice from USCIS that my application was approved and I am scheduled to have my oath ceremony on September 26, 2023 at 9:30am. I am so grateful to Derek for helping and guiding me all the way. It was a long journey for me but the experience was priceless. I admire Derek for his professionalism, work ethic, honesty, sincerity, commitment, and dedication to his job as a lawyer. He really takes care of his clients. EXCELLENT! Keep up the good work Derek.
