First of all, Dod is a great attorney when it comes to DUI. He is very responsive - it is not hard to get in touch with him. One thing that really liked about Dod was that he takes his calls and text messages super fast unless he is at the court. Also, this happened when I was a student and he really helped with the pricing as well as with payment plans, I was able to afford him with no problem. People say they spent thousands of dollars but for me, it was only $1500. I got expunged today and that I spent about $1850. I got convicted in May 2017 and got expunged in August 2020. Everything made so easy and quick and he definitely knows what he is doing! Super knowledgeable and professional at his job. I am not coming back for another DUI but if anyone is looking for a great attorney, Dod is the right person to talk to! For the entire 3 years, I was a bit worried that I might not able to reach him or something, but, he kept the same number and everything and even though 3 years has passed, he knew my case very well and everything was done super fast! I hired DOD after a terrible mishap on my part. Arrested for 2 counts of felony Child endangerment and DUI Over .2. DOD was very real with me up front about what could happen and reassured me EVERY single step of the way. When he had an update, I had an update. Not to mention being military I transferred out of state during this time. I was supposed to stay put but he got a deal to where I could travel back and forth. I actually only had to travel once and all my counts got reduced to misdemeanors and I won't have to travel again. He will handle everything on his end. Atty Dod was able to work out a better deal in court and had the case overturned from a DUI to a Wet & Reckless. He also fought for the probation to be reduced which is HUGE! After the 3 month program, Atty Dod can begin the expungement process. For those of you who don't know: Expungement allows you to legally deny or fail to acknowledge that you were arrested for the incident which you sealed or expunged. Expungement protects your privacy and may allow you to take advantage of job, school, and other opportunities once closed because of your arrest being a part of the public record. Atty Dod is extremely easy to talk to, 16 years of experience, well versed on the subject matter and was able to put my mind at ease during an extremely stressful situation. He even was able to refer me to an insurance dealer for the SR22 Insurance at a nominal cost. I cannot recommend Atty Dod enough. He gave us an amazing rate and even allowed us to make payments that fit our budget. He was an absolute Godsend.
