My landlord served me an eviction notice one day prior to me leaving the country giving me 60 days to find a new residence. I reached out to Stuart and within 30 minutes he called me back and reviewed the eviction notice. Stuart was able to uncover that it was illegal in multiple ways and gave me confidence that I would be able to find a new home in time. The best news yet was once the landlord was informed of the illegal nature of the notice, I was given a free months rent and an additional 60 days to vacate on top of the original 60 given to me. Without their help I would have had to store my items at friends and families houses while I looked. They saved me thousands of dollars and couldn't be more glad I worked with them.

After our initial conversation, Stuart Mellman recommended to file a small claims case to resolve the issue. His office took care of filing the small claims case at the court and serving the defendant by certified mail.
