Facing an illegal eviction from a shady landlord, we reached out to Mellman & Mellman for assistance. Juanita and team swiftly responded to the landlord to demand everything we were looking for and no less. I was receiving threats of illegal eviction from an RV park and reached out to Mellman and Mellman. They were responsive, listened to my concerns and were able to contact the RV park within 24 hours getting the RV park to back off. I would highly recommend, especially if time is of the essence, and Juanita was extreamly kind and explained my rights so that I knew what was going on.

Juanita is absolutely amazing! We had a nightmare of a landlord that wouldn’t stop harassing us when it came to us trying to leave the property due to an uninhabitable environment.
