Jay is one of the hardest working and detail oriented attorney's I've ever come across. His well respected professionalism and insights get results. Period.

Jay Temple helped me with a forth lifetime DUI and my third within ten years. I am an alcoholic who relapsed after three years of sobriety. Jay's skills directly resulted in the best settlement with the DA that the judge had ever seen and because of all the pretrial prep work Jay did the judge allowed it. I don't ever plan on drinking again, this is truly my last chance. I thank God that Jay was able to negotiate this outcome with just 180 days of home confinement...I should have been looking at a year of jail time and I'm sure I would have got it without Jay's help.

My experience with Jay exceeded my expectations. A few years ago I was wrongly accused and had never been in that situation. The first thing I knew I had to do was find a good attorney. I started reaching out to people and doing my own research..there are hundreds! I spoke to several before speaking to Jay that all made me feel like dollar sign. When I met with Jay, I immediately knew I had made the right decision. He is warm, professional, thorough and tells you how it is, which I respect. Jay helped me understand the system, constantly gave me advice (even on a Sunday and Father's day), and always made me feel confident and prepared. I don't have enough good things to say about him. If your looking for an attorney you can trust and feel proud to represent you, look no further! I cannot thank Jay Temple enough for showing what a real attorney should be!

I have to say he was extremely knowledgeable, an attorney's attorney and I greatly enjoyed our conversation greatly. I've worked with CEO's,CFO, and GMs from a major fortune 500 company. Harvey is the most patient detail oriented person I've ever worked with. He wasn't afraid to do battle with the large corporation's many high priced lawyers if the law has been broken. When Harvey says the law has been broken he fights hard and tirelessly to prove it. I've used Harvey twice in the past, each time I came to him he exceeded the service and guidance I expected to receive from such a knowledgeable, high paced, motivated person. He takes the time to explain in detail his moves, what you are required to do and time constraints. I've spent many long hours in Harvey's office preparing for a case that weren't reflected in the final payment for his services. He is surrounded my great people as well!

I wish to highly recommend Mr. Harvey Berger. I first met with Mr. Berger in 2008 regarding a claim against my previous employer. First impressions were that of a professional attorney who definitely knows employment law (back to front and upside down!) and who' tells it how it is'. However, these attributes should be a prerequisite when meeting with an attorney! What sets Mr. Berger apart from the rest (and above the rest, in my opinion), is his integrity and ethics. I truly believe that he is a man of high principles and that he will always 'do the right thing'. My case settled before it even went to arbitration. Earlier this year my husband was retaliated against by his employer and I urged him to consult with Mr. Berger. He too, cannot say enough good things about Mr. Berger and his ENTIRE staff. My husband spoke with Mr. Berger's Paralegal on many occasions and was truly touched by the time that she invested, her genuine concern and sincere empathy. After their last conversation he delivered a dozen roses and a thank you card to her office ... I cannot imagine this happens with other attorneys! We have no doubt that their thorough knowledge and true attention to detail will prevail in my husband's case too
