I can’t thank the Hamparyan Law Firm enough for the brilliant job they did for my family. Robert and Aida Van Herk fought against the odds and overcame every obstacle. I have now worked with Hamparyan Law for 2 accidents, one on my own and the other with my wife and myself. Accidents are definitely no fun especially when the person who hits you doesn’t have insurance but I was working with Aida who took care of everything for us every step of the way. I would and will recommend them to any of my friends or family that happen to get into a car accident as they have very good communication and are great with negotiating medical bills and getting the settlement to what we deserve. If you work with them definitely ask for Aida she is not only a very nice person but is very tough as a lawyer which is exactly what you need. I hope to never be in an accident again but if it happens I already know who will take the best care of me and my family.

This law firm in general is beyond helpful with motorcyclists. As Robert himself a rider and enthusiast. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Aida. Not only was she a complete cut throat working in the legal system, she is very level headed, and well versed dealing with VA matters. She always made me feel like I was in fantastic hands, she gave me advice when I asked, and continued to keep me in the loop. The team itself I couldn't be more thankful that they took care of me. And made sure to get me as much as I could hope for without the extreme headache of court seeing as how san diego court systems were backed up for years because of covid. As much as it sucks when you need a lawyer there is no other firm I would gladly seek out again.

Very professional, I honestly can't say enough the whole team was there for me as I had to go up against my own insurance when I was involved in a hit n run back in 2019.
