I referred my family to Robert Hamparyan for the wrongful death case. He and David R. Loeffler have quickly resolved the matter within months without discovery, mediation, or trial. Robert's well-deserved reputation for successfully trying cases made a big difference in that the insurance company made a fair settlement offer upfront to avoid trying the case against him. I had several Law Firms decline to take my Personal Injury case. My guess is that it wasn't a big enough settlement for them or perhaps because my injury occurred outside the state I reside but either way Mr. Hamparyan's Law Firm did not bat an eye when I came to them with my case. He and his staff were very informative right up front up all costs and what to expect. They erased all doubts I had from a previous experience with a different Personal Injury Attorney within a matter of minutes. In just a few minutes I could see that he and his staff were of high integrity. His assistant Aida Van Herk was constantly keeping me up to date with the status of my case and I NEVER once had to call her and ask for a status. In addition she was very informative when it came to what to expect for a settlement and what her experience with a case such as mine was. Her constant support with any concerns I had was such a relief as these types of things can add undue stress in a persons life. I cannot thank them for their help and support with getting my case resolved and to my satisfaction within a timely manner. It took them from the time I brought them the case to the time I received my settlement approximately 7 & 1/2 months without the need for a court appearance. Without hesitation I would not only use them again (I hope the need never arises, LOL) but I will always and have already recommended them to anyone who has the need for a quality attorney and law firm who specializes in these types of cases. I was bounced around by three attorneys prior to being smart enough to reach out to Robert Hamparyan, I received an immediate reply to my inquiry from Robert personally and with in three weeks he handled an Arbitration Claim that had been filed against myself, which had been pending for 10 months prior! I have never had to depend on an Attorney for assistance before and coming from a small business owner, please know I felt completely heard, seen and represented by Robert. Additionally for any Professional Company, let alone a Law Firm to have over 50 five star ratings is unheard of, I only discovered this now after using his services and am not surprised!
