We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely. When a California judge made an erroneous temporary order that created absolute upheaval in the lives of the children, we reached out to multiple attorneys who all put us off for weeks and wanted to charge us a consultation fee. However, Joshua and his team not only did not charge a consultation fee, he came through for us in exceptional fashion. His knowledge of UCCJEA is second to none. His demeanor immediately put us at ease. More importantly, his ability to get through to a judge who absolutely did not want to admit that he made a mistake, was EPIC! If you have a case involving UCCJEA issues, Joshua is your man! I still think that he has some kind of Vibranium armor hiding under that suit or something.

Joshua Fabian! This guy, seriously this guy surprised me! During one of our court hearings he said "justice delayed is justice denied" and I was so sure he'd come up with that on the spot, I was genuinely moved and so was the judge. Well come to find out these are literally Martin Luther Kings words and as a black man I was embarrassed I didn't know that and had given this white guy credit for the words, but the truth is he said them so authentically it was poetic and believable. Other than that I will say he was a sweet man, and very clearly dedicated to getting me justice! He's a good man and a good lawyer, I'll give credit where credit is due.

I would like to share my total appreciation of Lancier Legal, PC. My husband and I contacted Lancier Legal to revise our will and trust. We were met by Jason Tolin and later Hillary Lawrence. Jason met us with total sensitivity and professionalism. He clearly explained the process, the finances and the timeline. Hillary then reviewed the documentation that she would put together to address all of our requests. The process was completed within the month! They were absolutely wonderful to us! We left with all documentation completed and with the invitation to call at anytime if we had questions. We are so relieved to know that our affairs are in order and that our children will have wonderful hands to hold when they need that assistance. We could not be more pleased with their services.

Let me start off by saying having no experience with child custody and family issue we contacted a few attorneys to find help. One of those attorneys ended up being Joshua.
