I would strongly urge reconsideration when deciding whether to hire at Boyd Law. I retained Thomas Georgianna for asset protection advisement. Between two phone calls totaling approximately 1hr 15 min I received NO information on how to protect my assets. The majority of the phone calls were spent by Mr Georgianna telling me personal stories. I seemed to have more knowledge about asset protection than he. In our second and final phone call I informed him of what the homestead exemption limit are and what the garnish limit are. His response when informed him of this "I will have to get back to you on that". Instead, I ended our retainment agreement. He charged me multiple of thousands of dollars for this claiming he did hours of research. I still have not received any information about protecting my assets for which I retained him. Again, I would strongly urge reconsideration when hiring at this firm.

I had an old estate plan that needed to be changed. I met with Jason Tolin who made feel welcomed and at ease through the process . The attorneys work as a team everything was very professional .Hilary Lawerence was such a pleasure to work with .She made me feel comfortable and after completing my documents I felt secure and protected about my assets and the future of my child . After researching countless lawyers, and not receiving responses after going through documents with one other firm, my sister was able to find this agency. When we met with Jason and his firm, we were already at the point of feeling overwhelmed and uncertainty. I would like to share how grateful we are to have found this agency. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Jason and the receptionist. He was very thorough in explaining everything to my parents from the beginning of the process to the end. He made sure that my parents were understanding of the process as well as me and my sister. He was very responsive via text message and made the beginning stage of this process easy. The second appointment we met with Hilary who was also amazing at being very thorough in the process of creating the trust and power of attorney. She also was very responsive and proactive in responding to my messages and telephone calls. Even last minute details, she showed patience and understanding. In our last appointment, which is the final stage of signing, Hilary , insured, to clarify, any confusion regarding trustees versus beneficiaries and advance directives. She also clarified questions we had regarding language used in the documents. As I had mentioned to her, I wish doctors could speak to families in the manner she did when it comes to advanced directives. the way she explained it, It gave me comfort when I walked out of their firm. My parents, myself and my sister are so happy we found this firm, and we are grateful for their prompt responses and attention. Meeting all our needs but most importantly my parents. I recommend anyone looking for a lawyer and firm who can trust to ensure that your family is taken care of going forward by these legal documents that are needed in order to establish and respect the wishes of loved ones. Most of all, establish POA if you are currently caring for a family member. There’s so much more I can stay, but there would never be an ending to this review. The fees were reasonable for the amount of work put in, the appts and phones calls made, but most importantly, the quality and attention in their profession compared to other agencies is not something you can easily come by. The amount was fair for the amount of time and effort that was put in. If you want quality, then don’t hesitate to meet Jason, Hilary and the staff at Lancier Legal. I had to go through a domestic partnership divorce from my wife of 24 years. The separation and divorce process (emotionally) was very hard. I was the dumpee over an affair she had. Joshua was professional, explained everything thoroughly and was so incredibly supportive through the legal and emotional divorce process. I just finished my will, power of attorney, health directive with Lancier Legal. He clearly explained all the steps I need to take for my estate planning. Then I had a meeting with Hilary Lawrence to complete all the documents. The procedure was professional and easy to accomplish. I would recommend these attorneys to anyone.

I am so happy with the results of my dissolution. It was a long process but in the end it was well worth the wait. Jason is a very good lawyer he discussed wit me the living trust and how it works. We also talked about wills .we talked about when someone in the family gets incapacitated and can’t sign how another person in the famil can. We went over power of attorney and how it works
