I was trying to get my LTD benefits from my employer at the time without any results. Josh was very responsive to all my questions regarding my case. He also was very sensitive to fact that this was a very difficult process to go though when your going through a lot medical issues. Josh was able to win a very favorable settlement for my case. Josh was extremely helpful in handling the legal issues concerning a car crash I was involved in. I'm not particularly familiar with protocol for certain situations and he did an excellent job of explaining things in graspable terms, as well as advising me how to approach each separate component.
