I was seriously injured in climbing accident in Swiss Alps. The rescue involved two helicopter flights and trauma surgery in hospital in Frutigen (Switzerland). The medical bills have been very high and I was unable to pay them. At the time of accident I was fully insured by an US Insurance company and was eligible for full reimbursement. Despite this, the insurer refused to process my claim. After six months REGA Helicopter Company informed me, that they will file a law suit against me personally for nonpayment. In my desperation I turned to Law Offices of M. Clendenin. In two weeks my claim was paid in full and wired to Switzerland.
