WOW! I don't think I can adequately express how amazing my experience with Gomez Trial Attorneys was and, specifically, my attorney, Rachel Listro. I was hit by a drunk driver on SuperBowl Sunday, leaving me with a totaled SUV and moderate, but painful injuries. Of course, the driver had the minimum required coverage, so I had to seek a settlement from my own insurance. I had several people advise me to represent myself and not pay an attorney. Thank God I didn't listen! Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to navigating the purposely confusing maze of insurance regulations, liens, submission requirements and provider reimbursement rules so the outcome is the best possible for her client. Looking back, I can't imagine dealing with the legal juggernaut I faced without the expertise of this firm. The settlement was beyond my expectation, as was the personal interaction.
