He made sure to have every detail of the accident and insurance company communication and policy, for the best case possible and he had my back every step of the way. Excellent communication. The same could be said about my case manager Gracia Perez. All of my concerns felt heard and they took time out of their busy schedules to always answer the phone or call me directly right back. I never felt alone through the whole process of the case. My accident at the time was so much to go through as it was. I was so injured and that was a distruption to my whole life. I at first tried to speak with my insurance company thinking they would uphold the policy and coverage I had that I could get treated for my injuries pain and suffering and paid for my vehicle. Since the accident involved a hit and run and it took them a long time to come to the conclusion the accident wasn't my fault. Too long. They were not helpful. I'm so glad my attorney John, and this amazing team helped me. I would recommend them to all. I got treated for my injuries and there was money left for me after all the medical bills. I really appreciate all their efforts and that they go up against these big insurance companies that don't seem to care about the customers. Keep fighting the good fight. Young man assigned to my case could have been a little more professional while I was giving my depostion. Instead he and the female person he invited into the room ate candy and chips.
