One day I found myself on the wrong side of the law unexpectedly. The scariest situation of my life to say the least. After being released, the next scariest situation of my life arose; the need to hire a lawyer. My fiancée called the folks at Kerry L Armstrong and they immediately put both of our minds at ease. My case was very complicated and required a complex hunt through years old paperwork. From the first day we stepped into the court room, to the last, Stefano was a true professional through and through. He handled my case with such vigilance and professionalism, that I never doubted the best possible outcome. Though it was a lengthy and difficult process, I could not have been happier with the customer service provided by Mr. Molea. I highly recommend him for any of your defense needs.

I was involved in a DUI resulting in an accident. I was looking at Felony DUI causing injury and didn't know what to do. The first thing I appreciated after meeting with Stefano was how I wasn't looked down on or shamed. He understood the situation and relayed to me the possible outcomes and what we could hope for. I didn't have much going for me as I was clearly at fault and admitted guilt several times to the arresting officer. He was always available if I ever needed to ask a question and constantly kept me updated on all details such as the DMV hearing, etc. Through Stefano's creativeness and perseverance through several continuations we were able to work out a deal with the DA to get the felony down to a misdemeanor at sentencing. Everything worked out better than I could have hoped and I was never convicted of the felony and did not have to serve any more time behind bars. It was not a pleasant process and something I hope to never go through again but Stefano definitely did his best to ensure I was treated fairly and always involved in what was going on.

Having had two previous lawyer experiences which gave definition to the negative connotations that can give lawyer's a bad reputation, I was relieved to find Ms. Pinkerton, who I can characterize as professional and direct. I realized, after experiencing the civil court system for the first time, it was apparent to me teamwork was going to be the key to success. I put my trust in Ms. Pinkerton's advice and followed it succinctly. It is important to note like with any team, to accomplish success the lawyer and client need to be dedicated to a solution which both are willing to work for and be a part of. Ms. Pinkerton restored my confidence and made me believe there are no nonsense dedicated professional lawyers out there, but you still need to find them and in my experience that seemed hopeless until I was able to retain Ms. Pinkerton's legal expertise.

Still in the process of a 'high conflict' post-divorce custody conflict. The other party has made abuse allegations and many lies to the court. I used to represent myself but the stress made me hire someone who actually knew what they were doing! :-) Hiring Sarah was the best decision I've made in years. She listens, is assertive, knows her stuff and is highly ethical (the other party is not and the court eventually does pick up on it.) I feel so much more relaxed having her in my corner. We are a few weeks away from the 730 eval but am so glad I hired her.
