Juanita and Stuart are absolutely great to work with. They quickly identified the legal issues involved with my case, advised me on my rights, and drafted a demand letter. They were able to help me terminate my lease and have the apartments agree to refund two of the months that I had prepaid to live there. They genuinely cared bout my predicament and pushed to ensure the best outcome. I am very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently got pulled over in Irvine for an expired license plate, two days after purchasing my new BMW X5. I reached out to the dealer for assistance since they are responsible for providing temporary plates. After an hour of arguing with them I finally received the temporary plates. Long story short the ticket was for $601.00, I felt the dealer was responsible and made several attempts to resolve in a friendly manner.  I decided to consult Juanita Mellman when I received a letter from the DMV letting me know that my License was going to be revoked if the ticket was not paid. Juanita was so eager to help, responded to my inquiry immediately. I sent all my documents on Wednesday 04/06/2020 and she  came back with a resolution the same day!! 04-07-2020 by noon I was picking up my reimbursement check from the dealer with an apology.  I'm so grateful :)
