I then discovered that Stuart is an amazing litigator. In a dispute against a lawyer for malpractice, he expeditiously prepare an outstanding complaint and brief, again saving me time and money. In negotiating the settlement, Stuart was aggressive and relentless in representing my interests. Here again, his excellent strategies resulted in a great settlement, within 60 days of his filing the lawsuit! Finally, Stuart was my lawyer in a lawsuit against an accountant based on gross negligence. The judgment Stuart obtained in the case, over $100,000, was much better than I could have imagined!! Not only did he obtain a great judgment, he has then proceeded to handle the collection effort!
