With Jail time and heavy consequences ahead of me. Tim had all my cases organized and handled them extremely well. I couldnt have asked for a better turn out. No jail! It's great having a lawyer in your corner with a reputation in the legal system the way Tim does. Professional, Respectful, a worker!

Got my second DUI with a questionable stop. Tim came out to scene multiple times and walk through it. Was always on time and ready to help get me the best deal.... At the conclusion I received NO jail time, NO public work service!!!! Only 18 month program which is mandatory and 12 days with a ankle alcohol detector, which Tim was able to lower from 30 days. I definitely recommend Tim 100% for any DUI needs!!!!!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the services provided by Tim. From the first consultation, I knew he was the right attorney to take my case. He sat with me and took the time to listen to the details of my charges and immediately put me at ease and gave me a clearer vision of where I stood legally. He quickly identified the strengths of my case and formulated a solid defense. In the end, my case was won and charges were dropped. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone, including friends and family who may find themselves in an unfortunate legal situation.
