My wife and recently competed the " Adjustment of Status " process with the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb. Our contact at the firm for our case was Ms. Quaashie. All of the advice was thoughtful, accurate and timely. Before we committed to spending a dime on fees we where provided with a significant amount of advice and information for which I was grateful ( additional reason for 5-star ). Ms. Quaashie's and Mr. Slowcomb's estimates regarding the amount of time and effort needed to navigate the process was precise. All of my calls and emails were answered quickly. Staff was always calm and professional. I simply have NO complaints about the service received and the result was exactly what we had hoped for and expected. The fees were about mid to lower range in cost and I would recommend Ms. Quaashie and the Law Office of Deron Smallcomb to anyone considering legal assistance for immigration applications.

I won’t recommend this office to anyone with immigration case. First of all I would say unprofessional, lack of communication rude specially Anastasia regarding Mr Deron don’t trust to his words after you sign contract with them they only care to take your money. From my experience he missed my brothers hearing wich is end up ICE deportated my brother Basically I payed for them to deport my brother. Before you sing contract make sure you and your loved ones in right hands .

I called them for a consultation to bring my Filipino partner here. The first guy was nice but then they transfered me to Perry who was apparently the Filipino specialist. I found him to be impatient and rude. I think if these people want to charge nearly a 1000 dollars I'm entitled to ask a lot of questions about the process and what happens if in the possibility my partner is just using me for a green card and what legal remedies I might have in that situation. What was worse is when I told Perry I found him to be rude he didn't apologise or anything he simply replied 'okay'. If these people want to charge top dollar they need to provide a higher level of customer service than that.
