I got a DUI in December of 2014 and I was very stressed and unsure what to do. I saw Niki for a consultation and she really helped me and I felt a little bit better after the first time I saw her. She helped me get my DUI dropped from 3 counts to one and she also helped me get out of county authorization for my classes. My classes are being finished today and she has been done being my lawyer for a while but she is still helping me solve more issues involving my DUI for no extra cost. Also she can help set up a payment plan for the initial costs. Also she is just nice and overall helpful and won't fail to call you back or anything like that. I can only give Niki the highest possible rating for her efforts on my DWI case. It began when she called me after hours to discuss the events regarding my arrest and time in jail. She answered all my questions in full and without any hesitation. It was obvious to me that she was extremely competent in DWI law. The next day I retained her and her associate, Scott Schlegal, to represent me. They told me how the process would work in detail and what information they needed from me. After much negotiation, Niki informed me that "your case was rejected by the City Attorney's Office, thus there are no filing or charges against you."
