I worked with Dean to incorporate a NonProfit and apply for 501c3 status from the IRS. From the beginning, Dean is/was upfront, honest, and detail-oriented. He had a lot of patience answering the many questions I had. I am very happy with the work so far and would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer. When we were looking around for lawyers, many would give us a flat quote and really just say whatever they thought we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign with them. Dean was straightforward and told us that the process really varied depending on the organization and the situation so flat quotes really aren't appropriate. What can I say? He's honest and that's what you want from your lawyer. I can't recommend him more.
