Dean provided excellent service and immediately responded to any questions or concerns I had. I requested an appeal from him and he was able to include all the details I mentioned in a very organized manner. It is clear that he put in a good amount of effort in the appeal. I was satisfied with the first draft that he cleaned up and sent to me for submission. Would definitely reach out to him again but I hope I won't need to!
