Daniel helped me evict an addict who wasn't paying rent and refused to leave. Generated a 24 - 48 hour enter premises to inspect plus 30day eviction notice right away. Gave me advise and I took it upon myself to call the police to speak with her. That night she had fighting going on and neighbors called police out again. Twice visited by police and must vacate by next morning plus she was on probation and I talked to the probation office about what was going on twice. DEFINITELY GET DANIEL MARSHALL. Daniel is well known and respected in the judicial system which makes a big difference. I tried to evict someone myself and it was a complete nightmare. I feel so dumb for not hiring Daniel earlier. I would have saved SO much money, aggrevation and time if I had just hired him right away. I spent 4 months trying to evict someone and he got it done in 2 weeks. He lets you know what's going on and has a great assistant!

Mr. Marshall is a great lawyer, he was very diligent in my roommate and I case against our landlord. There is not enough praise I could give this man.
