Mr. Dan Marshall's team was responsive, provided quality legal work, and got me a quick eviction. Contacted Mr. Marshall on the best way to get a relative to move out of my home, who refused to move out. Dan recommended eviction proceedings. It took a little while due to the Covid-19 eviction moratorium, but once the moratorium expired, He moved as quickly as legally possible to file an unlawful detainer complaint to get tenant lock out. Before the trail date, his team was able to get an agreement with the tenant to move out the day before the trial for relocation consideration. I got possession of the room at two to four weeks sooner than what a trial would have resulted in. Now I have peace of mind.
