I am 90 years old and was having issues with a roommate. I found Mr. Marshall on the internet and ask him a few questions. He immediately responded and provided information to assist me with the matter. He informed me that the initial fee was only $99, but he also advised that if it was simple enough that I could do it myself. I asked several questions and he responded to every one of them in a pleasant manner. I had a lot of questions. He stated that if the situation became complicated then he would step up represent me in court with a reasonable fee. Great win for a complicated case. Mr. Marshall was very thorough in obtaining and introducing crucial documents to support our case. He was very knowledgeable and convinced the judge about some issues he was misunderstanding. Rare to have a judge change his mind at closing argument that is for sure.
